About This Course
This training reviews the steps that converted a utility dependent new construction program with less than 10 members into a market based consulting group with more than 25 staff and growing. It reviews the history of the group and the market forces that made it necessary to abandon the utility model and the step-by-step conversion process. Finally, it reviews the staff who currently make up the group and which certifications and professional degrees they hold that allow the group to meet new challenges and continue to grow.
