This training lays out the basic step-by-step structure of a complete BPI home energy audit or inspection. It reviews the field visit from the first introductions to the customer to the final interview and all the steps in between. Steps covered include: customer introduction, exterior inspection, interior inspection, combustion testing, diagnostic testing, specifying measures and final interview. Note: Participating in a 1-hour live webinar, a candidate recieves 1 CEU. Completing the recording of the webinar, a candidate recieves .5 CEU for the hour.
